So DS is in the process of filling his out this year. I gave him this link last year as a way to gather of the information he will eventually need. Seen SF86 mentioned in other areas.
Think of it as a rough draft. Back in the day I (like many of you) had to keep a printed copy of mine.
If they're not required to fill it out yet. It's a great way to be pro-active and gather those addresses for the jobs they had for 3 months. Figure out who will be there references. Mom to find those SSN cards for dear brother and sister.
