Should I redo CFA?

Hello,
I am posting on here to inquire about redoing my CFA.
Here is my CFA from Summer Seminar:
Basketball Throw: 62
Pull-ups: 18
Shuttle Run: 9.00
Pushups: 75
Sit ups: 93
Mile: 7:52

I recently got a nomination from my senator, and I have all check marks completed except for the Personal Statement and ECA validation. I know my mile time is really holding me down. Now, I am able to run about a 7:00 mile, but I have yet to submit my application. Given that the Academy uses rolling admissions, would it be better to just submit my application now or should I wait to submit with a better CFA? Or should I even retake it?

Thanks for any advice!

They don’t do “rolling admissions.”

It’s a competition on slates. With deadlines. Based on law.

It’s pass/fail. It looks like a pass to me.

If I may ask, what kind of a workout do you do? I'm pretty solid when it comes to running but the other items I should probably improve on.

For pull-ups, I would recommend getting a pull-up bar for your door and doing 1-10 pull-up every time you go through. For pushups, do a high volume of them, about 40-50, then do 5-10 or so every 1-2 minutes after until you can’t any more. Definitely also do “practice runs”, so put a 2 min timer and do as many of said exercise as you can.

Ah, thanks, I already have a pull up bar and usually do about 5 sets of 10 reps. Push ups I usually do 40-50, the problem is that my pace drops off after a while. I can get 32-33 push ups in in a minute with immaculate form but good form push ups after that slows down considerably.

How many pushups can you do over the total time if you went at an even pace throughout?
