Should we send in specialists reports or wait?

My daughter has three conditions in her history that we expect will be an issue with getting her medically qualified. She has made appointments with specialists (all retired military) in order to get letters from them stating that she is healthy enough to serve. Should she send in the documents as she gets them? What is the specific wording that the doctors should use in the letters?

Don't send anything until they ask for it.
Do not send medical information they have not requested.
A letter from a coach that says she is fine is great, and probably carries no weight with the Doctor who is reviewing the remedial information.
Sending unsolicited medical information can have unintended consequences.

They like to see "unrestricted activities" mentioned.
If it was surgery they will want those records.
OK to gather everything but wait to see what they ask for.
