On the first part of my application where I submit my USMA ID or social security and date of birth, it gives me an error saying "Record on file, but unable to determine HS Grad Year". I submitted my social security and date of birth so not sure the problem. Tried multiple times today, anyone know the fix?

One of my twins had a similar problem with a “error entering SSN/DOB” message. He was entering both correctly and tried multiple times - could not get it to work.
The other twin had a “your account is inactive” message. He was able to activate his account and submit his application.
Twin #1 sent an email to let them know and is hoping to hear back soon!

Did you both email the general USMA admissions contact or your regional commanders? When I was having trouble I emailed the RC and our Candidate Technician (which you can find on the admissions website) and got responses back within a day. If you haven't received a response yet make sure you contacted the right person. Good luck!
