Should I fall asleep/wake up earlier in order to prepare for the time zone change from mountain time to eastern time.
Having travelled a fair amount over the years with a lot of time zone shifts, it is probably not worth spending a lot of time thinking about this or worrying about it. The vast majority of people acclimate within a day or two. Do you have big problems with the semiannual change to/from Daylight Savings Time? Generally as a new prepster, they are quite good at waking you up in the morning and you'll do enough that you should fall asleep quite handily at bedtime.Should I fall asleep/wake up earlier in order to prepare for the time zone change from mountain time to eastern time.
I agree... It's no big deal -- I usually count on 1 day per hour time change to fully adjust, but if you are young...you will adapt quickly.Having travelled a fair amount over the years with a lot of time zone shifts, it is probably not worth spending a lot of time thinking about this or worrying about it.
