so i got this weird letter

i got this letter from USNA saying that as of Feb. 13 i am missing the following items and then lists everything one needs for an application. THe thing is, as of Feb. 13 i had all my stuff in except two things, which i submitted a few days ago, and today my CIS says everything has been submitted. What does this mean and why did they list everythign?

They list everything regardless of what you have submitted. If your CIS says you're good, you're good. If you were missing things on or before the postmark date of the letter, then it's justified. They list everything probably for the sake of not having to send out specific letters and thus reducing work.
