SOE Confirmation?

My Math teacher just submitted his SOE's for USMA, USNA, and USAFA. He let me know he never got a confirmation from USNA that it was received whereas he did for the other Academies. Does USNA send a confirmation of submission or is it all good?
 
On the application it should say in slightly faded yellow letters "Recommendation has been submitted" right above where the evaluator's info was entered.
