Southeast Appointment Batch coming

Hoping to make you feel better…. We are in SE & DS got his final CFA approved this week and his TWE notice (2Q- no medical). So if your DS hasn’t heard…. He may be one of the 40 and they may still have more to go. Also, I’m thinking DS’s MOCs don’t make phone calls b/c he didn’t get one with his appointment to USMMA.

I love your support, thank you. I don't think my DS will get one this batch as the portal doesn't show any sort of update and I am certain our MOC would have called as his office was so on the ball with reaching out etc. Not hopeful for this week, but maybe my DS might be a last string appointment...maybe.

I would stay hopeful. I received my 3Q+NWL this Monday. Also Southeast. Hopefully luck and persistence is on our side! Maybe my MOC doesn’t call to notify appointments and an Appointment will magically be in the mail 😂😅.

cautiously optimistic, however my DS has had his 3Q since January and no decision yet....time will tell. Best of luck to you as well.

Also keep in mind that USMA Spring Break starts MAR 24-31. This weekend they have a parent parade. Usually, there will be radio silence during this time. So expect to hear nothing next week, as it is their break.

Break for CADETS, not for staffs. The parent parade and Cadet break have nothing to do with when you might hear.

I wonder the same, like when the portal goes into maintenance each Thursday, is that the only time update are being made and then show up after the portal is done updating?

We heard the same from admissions (South East). Also the pic was just a bunch of BFEs from appointments already given.
 
Are there multiple batches? I'm in the SE, no appointment or TWE in my portal yet
 
My DS received an appointment today in the big SE batch!!! Couldn’t be more proud. We are in FL. He received his 3Q and NWL notice in early March b/c of some hiccups with his CFA videos. Good luck to you all. Whatever happens, all you candidates are an exceptional group of young people and will do great things!

Congrats to your son and you as well! Where in FL (generally) are you? I am in the JAX area (although my DS is in Hawaii for now). I still can't figure out if he's considered appointed out of FL or HI. Maybe for enlisted they don't base it on a state?
