I received a special recognition nomination? Does that mean primary nomination or a regular congressional nomination? Chances of an appointment? I also have a presidential nomination. I received word that I am in the top 100.

That term isn't one of the officially recognized nominations. We could only speculate what that means. Your MOC office would have to clarify.
