speeding ticket

Trying to get to the bottom of a twist on the speeding ticket question. If a candidate receives a speeding ticket ($100.00) several months after submission of the application, is the candidate expected to notify admissions of the infraction? If so, is it done with a phone call to AO? Is that in the instruction somewhere? Have looked and could not find. Thanks.
 
To be safe, a cadet candidate should report ANY CHANGE to his original application. This is not just limited to speeding tickets, but should also include any change in health, injury, etc. The CC's regional commander would be the appropriate contact person.
