Sponsoring a new cadet

Our D who is doing ROTC in DC has a good friend who is attending WP (class of 2012) They met a the SLS last summer. We would like to sponsor her because we are just 20minutes away from the Academy and she comes from Colorado. she wants us to sponsor her but she said we have to be on the "sponsors list". Does anyone have any idea how this is done? If you know what to do, please give us the info or someone we can contact in a PM. THANK YOU!!
