Congratulations and WELL DONE! One/Two years of what must have been very solid college work is a lot to put aside in favor of spending another 4yrs towards a BS from Annapolis. The determination is obvious, but it must have taken a little courage to hold your course too.
My own DD, had a tougher than expected time with her testing during Plebe summer in STEM areas. She was a Cambridge Program Grad and found that methods and terminology differed just enough between AP programs and Cambridge programs place her in Std Calc, Chem and Physics for plebe yr. She ended up essentially learning the same stuff twice; which turned out to be not such a bad thing. It made her plebe year easier on the school work side, and put her "at the board" a few times to show her class a different way/approach to problems. It allowed her more time for company related stuff that she says ultimately helped toward her service selection goal. It also brought fellow plebes to her room for help with a quick question, or for a "red team" review of a paper. All in all not a bad trade for those two years of college work.
I hope you take a couple of days "at the top of this mountain" to be supremely proud of yourself. The next peak is taller and sits just beyond your view. "Thats life" for most of us, but it seems particularly true for you USNA types. Again, congrats; you have way more drive than I had in my 20s........(?but I'm not sure that's saying much?).
