Principal nom means that your chances of receiving an appointment are pretty high because your nomination source ranked you #1 on their slate correct?

but USNA apparently not bound by other SAs that if principal and fully qualified they must offer an appointment

Anyone still waiting, or are we the last? Real quiet. Strange process now...a long time to wait from NASS acceptance over a year ago!
