Still waiting for USMA SLE...

Hello,
It's currently the end of March and I still haven't gotten a rejection or a acceptance for USMA SLE. My SLE portal still says pending. Is it safe to assume that I'm just rejected?

I thought I read the notification deadline for SLE was April 15th. I think there are two SA summer programs promising April 15th notification.

The SLE portal says the selection process will be complete on April 15th.
