Has anyone else sent college transcripts as a 2025 appointee but not had it marked off the portal yet? My appointment is conditional on the transcript and it is still not showing as completed on the portal. A little concerned as today is the deadline...

Is this just one of those processing things that may take a bit?
 
When I submitted mine it took a few days to show up on the portal. You can reach out to USAFA using the email in the section regarding transcripts in the appointee booklet to make sure they got it as well.
 
I sent mine via a "parchment-like" e-transcript system - it took USAFA about a week to get mine processed and show up on my portal.
 
Our DS sent his a week ago. It shows sent from the school and he has emailed his USAFA team. We have test to see it on the portal and I am the one getting nervous.
 
My DD has the same issue. She talked to her admissions counselor on Thursday again and they had not seen it through Parchment. We resent through Parchment to another address that she suggested and also sent the non-official transcript directly to her email, along with all of the screenshots showing when/proof that her school had sent it both times. As of now, still not showing received in the Portal!

She also told us that she's had multiple kids with the same problem and the Academy is aware. Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
 
^^^ Same here. No show as of this morning and we leave Friday. :yikes:
 
OK...just by looking at this thread, I see multiple NWP Falcon's! One of the Admissions Counselor's is supposed to call me back this afternoon (MST) and maybe we can figure out why Parchment isn't pushing out (or USAFA isn't pulling in) these particular transcripts.

I believe your DD communicated with my DS last night on this. I think the realization that it wasn't just him helped ease the psuedo panic.
 
So, here's the update so far. Admissions knows there is a problem (especially with the Falcons) and is working on it, but no guarantees that it will be fixed before BCT. The admissions counselor I was talking on the phone to an hour ago looked in Parchment (or where ever the transcripts show up) and finally saw my DD's transcript!! However, my DD had confirmation that USAFA Admissions had received it at 5:06pm on Friday. The Counselor was going to send a message to someone else to make sure that it gets updated in her portal & said it may be in the morning before we see it.

Now on Friday afternoon this Ad. Counselor gave us a different address to send another copy of her transcript to through Parchment (yes, we had to pay for an additional transcript) & this is the one that actually made it to USAFA. The one where you use the USAFA code is the one that doesn't seem to work.

I now know that it was worth the extra $10 since it actually made it there!

Don't give up until you get an answer...you can't get your I day form/Authorization to Travel or you squadron & arrival time until this is done. If you need any other info, you can PM me. Good luck!
