Garmont T8 in coyote brown doesn't come out until after we're in beast that's why most of us were forced to buy the khybers or c390sI suggest the Garmont T8's is they are on this list this year. The khybers don't have sufficient ankle support and fall apart much easier. I've had both pairs and the T8 was by far better. Good insoles will help also just make sure they are meant for athletics or hiking.
390s are authorized for us rather than 310s but I've heard these are also good boots! Belleville just in general I like!My DS bought the Bellville 310 if I recall. They have held up well. Mainly selected them because his boot size but has been happy with them. Uses a Sole brand insert which are great
They were 310's size 15. The 310's were a little heavier than the other selections last (not that he had a choice with size) but for what you are doing weight isn't a huge issue. Been a great boot for him. The Sole EV Ultra inserts are great for boots. They have held up really nice and provide great support/comfort.390s are authorized for us rather than 310s but I've heard these are also good boots! Belleville just in general I like!
Best to go to each site and read. 390's appear to be on the list now but verify. I suspect all the boots on the list are warm weather, but in the future insulation is a factor. Weight of boots is a consideration. Depending on your task a lighter weight boot is preferred (less tiring). However, sometimes lighter boots tend to fall apart faster under heavy from reviews I have read. Tread types. vents for drainage (vents also let water in). Like any shoe some brands fit better than others (narrow feet vs wide, etc.). Best to try on some. A good insert will make a good boot great. What's the main difference between the 310s and the Khybers
Will the Garment boot be available on post later in the summer?
