In my application for the portion that said PSAT scores it told me to take of the zeroes and leave the writing part blank and so i did but should I also type them in where it says Academics AND email the academy separately? And if so what email do I use to send my scores? Thanks!

Also I want to send an email to my ALO but I'm not really sure what to say. Any advice? Thanks!
 
What I did was I just introduced myself and let him know about my goals. I also attached a copy of my resume.
