My DD was in a group of Summer Seminar B attendees who were racing through the Denver Airport to try to make their connections. As she was racing to make her flight to Atlanta, a young man (a fellow SS attendee) heading to Pittsburgh was very helpful to her...pushing other people out of her way, helping her get to the front of the lines. I know it is a long shot, but she didn't get his name because of the chaos and, as a very thankful mom, I wanted to express my appreciation to this fine young man. If he, his mom or his dad sees this post, thank you, thank you! She made her flight...she had less than ten minutes from deplaning to gate closure at her connection...and we are so appreciative.

I just now read this...I'm going to assume that was my son (Session B and Pittsburgh). Thanks for sharing...he ended up missing his connection and had to spend the night in Denver that evening:(

It was a great experience for him, however. I told him that no matter where he goes to college (civilian or SA), he's going to face flight delays, cancellations, etc., so he might as well get used to it sooner than later. How are things going with your DD?
