I was accepted to Summer Seminar 2024, woohoo! However I've run into a bit of a snag. When it comes to payment, the portal says there is no account matching my info provided. The 24-hour period is long past, but I'm still within the 10-day payment period. I don't know if I'm missing something that they've sent with more login info, or if I'm simply not in the system. I attended Summer STEM and numerous day programs, so I'd like to think that isn't the case. Any ideas?

Did you type everything in all caps? I didn’t for my name and it said I had no account. Went back and did it again in all caps and it showed upI was accepted to Summer Seminar 2024, woohoo! I'm having the same issue, even when types in all caps it still says no matching info... However I got my acceptance today so I might just be jumping the gun.
