Summer Seminar: Personal Statement Advice

I am working on my application for the USNA summer seminar and one part of it is a personal statement. I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to what the USNA is looking for in it. Thanks.

+1 to the advice on looking into Boys/Girls State, even if you get into NASS (if you're lucky they won't take place during the same week)... Boys/Girls State adds to your Whole Candidate Score, therefore helping your application to the Academy, and it's a great experience, as well as NASS
