Hey! I am currently applying to the summer seminar and had a couple of questions. Currently, my SAT is 1300, my ACT is a 28 and my GPA is around a 3.6. Should I make my Summer Seminar application my precandidate questionnaire? Also, will I be able to update my app later once I get better scores (these were from only the first attempt 6 months ago)?

Try to raise your SAT
For me, I had a lower SAT score than expected, but two of my tests were canceled due to COVID. I think this is a case around the country, so if you haven't had a lot of preparation time I'd submit it. It's not a fantastic score, but it's pretty darn good! I would keep retaking it. Also, some people do better on the SAT or ACT. Maybe think about which one would work better for you to stick to?

If it were me, I would use it as the PCQ. One less form to fill out later, and since your scores are qualifying, there is no danger of them closing your app. You will be able to update your application with higher scores.
