I have just been accepted into virtual session C and realized that it conflicts with my wings encampment for civil air patrol. Is there any way I can request a change to one of the other sessions?

Email admissions asap. My son was successful changing sessions last year, but emailed immediate after his acceptance.

Just wondering how long did it take to find out a swap was available. Was it enough time to plan the trip?

It took about a week, so yes, plenty of time. But he got acceptance in the end of February so everything was a little bit earlier I guess.
