Can anyone spread some light on how cadets get from their first phase station to their second phase?

It depends. If your cadet is on Eagle, then usually a flight is chartered to (or from) the transition location since so many cadets are traveling together. For those flights, the cadets don't have to worry about booking tickets themselves. Usually, flights to/from Eagle will be based out of New London. So if your cadet's other phase is within driving distance, they likely will be grouped with other cadets in the general area to drive to their station. If they are farther away, then they should have already submitted flight requests. I believe all of their travel requests had to be submitted already.
For example, if their first phase is on Eagle, it will most likely be:
- chartered group flight to the Netherlands where the cadets will board Eagle for phase 1
- (at the end of phase 1) chartered group flight from Stockholm back to New London
- either drive or fly to phase 2 location depending on location
- (at the end of phase 2), fly/drive back to New London
- depart on leave from New London

If your cadet is one that is not on Eagle, then they should have arranged flights or driving as a group to/from their stations.

So phase 2 eagle from a small station east coast
I know they will have a charter flight back from Hamilton but with phase two scattered all around the country how do they all get to Stockholm?

Most likely...all cadets on phase 2 of Eagle will fly/drive back to New London. They will then probably all be on the same chartered flight to Stockholm. Based on time zones, they likely will have a flight departing in the evening and arriving into Stockholm the next morning. That is how they did it 2 years ago.

This is what I have heard is happening this year as well.
