I had surgery when I just turned 13 in 2012. It was an Achilles’ tendon lengthening surgery. I am perfectly fine and can walk/run now. The pt test is no issue for me. So I was wondering if I would get DQed for it. Thank you all!

This sounds a lot like one of those "please supply more information" situations.

Were you thinking about applying to a Service Academy? ROTC? Enlisting?
Different branches have their own ideas on what makes a candidate qualified, or not.

Keep in mind that DoDMERB may DQ you, but each SA or ROTC program will individually determine if you are granted a waiver or not. DoDMERB is centralized and the waiver authority is de-centralized.

In other words, a DQ is not the end of the line. Failing to get a waiver is.

I’m already in AFROTC entering my second year and they want me to complete it.

Thank you so much, I feel much better about it.
