I think you are good with those.
The one acne medication that can pop a DQ is isotretinoin - formerly Accutane.
However, severe, cystic acne, in and of itself, can be disqualifying.
I suggest you call the Help desk at Dodmerb. They will be happy to help you with your situation.
On your medical history, be sure to detail your medications and your acne problem. You may also get an additional questionnaire to complete and send back to Dodmerb.
