I was wondering generally how long it takes for the application portal to update to completed for teacher evaluations. My "other" evaluator said she finally submitted the evaluation form I have been requesting since July, but my portal for both USAFA and USMMA say they have not been submitted. Is this something that takes a few days to process or did she still not submit the needed information? I'm getting worried as the November 1st deadline is quickly approaching. It is the only item I have missing, despite reminding this teacher about it almost every day.

For me it said the date and time it was submitted and then it took a day to say that it was received and processed by the academy.

It showed it was there about a day after the teacher emailed they had completed it. My son completed all of his parts of the online application over the weekend. The portal changed on Monday to say that he had completed everything that he is to submit by November 1st. He has one teacher evaluation that has not been completed (he followed up with the teacher and he said he did not receive it so he re-emailed it yesterday). The portal said he had two additional weeks to get the teacher evaluation completed so to be sure and follow up with any teachers who still had evaluations not done. Or something along those lines....
