Just finished my application to Texas A&M! So very excited, now I have to play the waiting game. I also finished my Norwich application, but thats been done for a while.
I also visited the school recently, and really enjoyed my stay in Aggieland. I stayed in college station over night to get a feel for the town, and it felt a little like the town I grew up in, sort of, besides being in Texas (Im from NY). We took a tour of the campus, had a freshmen application seminar-thing, and then I met with Lt. Col. Bill byrne, who is an assistant to the corps? I cant remember his exact position, forgive me, but he was very nice and told me a lot about the corps I didnt know. All-in-all, it was a very enjoyable visit, and it makes my decision (if i get accepted) to both even more difficult. Even if I dont get accepted, or decide not to go, I will have a deep respect and love for aggieland; its a special place
I want to write a thank you letter to Mr. Byrne but I was wondering if I should write "Dear Mr. Byrne," or "Dear Lt.Col. Byrne"
thoughts?
Thanks and gig'em!
