If you are going to the game, it is sold out except for a few standing room only tickets. And for females - the “clear bag” policy is I. Effect. Pocket books that are not clear, may require you to return to your car and store them. See:
2. Enter Johnson Hagood Stadium early to avoid missing any of the action. Gates will open at 12:30 p.m. for Saturday's 2:00 p.m. kickoff. The Citadel's Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for the game and wanding/metal detectors will be used at all entrances. Ticket holders may enter through gates 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Doors for the Pearson Club Level and Executive Suites will open at 12:00 p.m.
Head to the stadium by 1:00 p.m. to ensure you are in your seat ahead of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets' march on at 1:40 p.m. For Saturday's game, the Corps will be joined on the field by a contingent of cadets from the VMI Corps of Cadets.
There will also be a pre-game flyover of US Air Force T-38's out of Columbus, MS piloted by a crew of alumni from both VMI and The Citadel.
