Reminds me of a book I read about the federal budget. You walk away being a little disgusted with how much DOD gets....

Maybe less print jobs for certificates celebrating week-long courses for senior leaders?
 
They give out certificates for our computer security training...but almost all are soft copies these days, no one actually prints them. I hope that's not all you took from the article...

Also, I thought this was a great article, it does an excellent job of highlighting why diversity is so important in our military, especially among senior leaders. Reminds me of another thread on here a while back about the value of things like commercials and recruiting.
