I waited about a week and a half. It depends when they start your packet in the qualification process. I was told mine was started in the process last Thursday and I got my 3q'd letter today. My file had ben complete since the previous week. With that said I am a replicant and was 3q'd last year so I'm not sure if that sped up the process at all.
