Time for Green Checkmarks to Show

Does anyone know whether there is a lag from when transcripts, counselor's letter, school report, and senior class schedule are submitted to when the green checkmarks for those items shows in the candidate portal? Does USAFA admissions need to make sure the documents submitted are acceptable before the green checkmarks show, or do the green checkmarks appear automatically upon submission?

DD's portal still shows red checkmarks for these items, but counselor has assured DD that the items will be submitted by the due date. Counselor's due date is tomorrow, so I know there is still time, but it is cutting it close.

I have the same issue. I contacted the Blue Team, and they said it's received all on their end, although it still shows as red on my portal. I would suggest contacting their assigned admissions team and asking about the stage of these items on their end. My items were also the 4 counselor-related items.

Thanks. Will have my DD contact Silver Team. Do you know how long ago your counselor submitted the items?

She submitted all my items at the same time, just about a week ago. Green checkmarks showed up for 2/4 of the items 3 days later, and for the other 2 items there is still a red X (although they have been confirmed and received by usafa)
