I just wanted to give people an idea of how the timeline worked for us, since I couldn't really find any of that info here.

DS was entered into DodMETS 23 Mar. We were able to secure appointments for the week of 17 April (we did have to request a change in Dr due to wait time for the one they originally assigned us). His exams were submitted back to DoDMETS by 23 April. They were then pushed to DodMERB on May 5. On May 8 we had to do two administrative remedial for a broken wrist he had when he was 5 and a hives reaction to a particular antibiotic. Qualified 10 May.

So, it took roughly seven weeks from start to finish to be qualified for a perfectly healthy individual with no major medical concerns. Don't wait until last minute!!

Is this for the application for Class of '28?

Class of 27, incoming freshman AROTC next fall.
Thanks for the info. We are waiting for a waiver from a concussion in 7th grade followed by headaches in the past 24 months that have since resolved. Hopefully won't take too ling and will be positive result!
