Like I told DS when he started USAFA. They days are going to seem amazingly long, and the attention you get is going to feel amazingly personal. So, with that in mind, Never quit on a bad day. Make sure you're in a good place to make a life changing decisions, and don't be afraid to talk to someone if your bad days seem never ending.

As prior enlisted coming into the prep school do I need to bring uniforms other than the one I come in to in process? Because I'm really not wanting to bring everything and carry it all around us know? Any advice?

I second bsa07eagle suggestion. Last time DD was home, she went to see friends, then came home and said she felt like she was babysitting.

I'm a 2018'er. That is exactly how I felt over Spring Break. I have a lot of friends that are heading off to various boot camps, and I constantly felt like I was babysitting them. And when we went out to eat, the waiter would instantly come to me, figuring that I was the one in charge of the group.

Do not bring your uniforms. They will give you new ones that you have 'bought' and you are required to wear those. Once your Accepted then you can have you prior uniforms but then you have to go to the tailor shop to have your class number sowed on.
