Tour Response?

Hello, I have requested a tour of USMA twice and never received a response or feedback, anyone know what the deal is? The first time I requested it (way back in March 2021), I got a tour letter but it was cancelled due to COVID. The last two times I requested it, I did not receive a letter, nor did I get any feedback about whether my tour was confirmed or not. The first time I did not receive a response, I emailed my candidate technician and never received a response from them. Anybody able to help or have an explanation?

Did u schedule thru your candidate portal or provided your candidate id# in your messages?

All the available dates are there in the Request Tour portion of the box called Your Account. That's how DS scheduled his tour. I'm not sure if they changed the rules, we were told overnights were for LOE/LOA/appointed while the daily is for everyone else.

Maybe it's because when I requested it I didn't have an LOA/LOE. Now that I have an appointment I will try to request another date. Thanks.

Now that you have an appointment you are basically guaranteed the opportunity for a visit as long as they don't restrict those as a result of COVID.
