Transcript and eval not showing ??

I had my counselor submit his evaluation back in October, however it is still showing that my transcript and the Extracurricular Recommendation has not been received. I reached out back in November and they claimed that the system just takes awhile to process, however that seems like an awfully long time. Anyone else experience this problem?

yes. DS transcript is not showing. USNA told him that they do have it but don't know why it's not on portal.....

The transcript always takes a really long time to show up. When I got my appointment 3 years ago, my transcript never showed up on the portal- not even the day before I-Day. For my little brother, it took about 3 months for his transcript to show up on his portal.

As @Old Navy BGO said, you can contact your Admissions Counselor and they can tell you if it has been received if its not showing up on your portal.
