Transcripts Requested

I have seen several posts wondering about whether or not to submit transcripts for senior year. Well, the folks at USMMA admissions reached out to HS counselor on record and requested them, so I guess if they want them, they will ask. DD has an appointment but not yet accepted.

USMMA requires the 7-semester transcript to be uploaded to their portal. Did your daughter submit it? Without that the application is not complete. I am understanding that they call the counselor to obtain the entire year. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I agree with the previous post. My DS had to submit 7th Semester transcript to each of the SAs he was applying to. If appointed, and just like any other college that a student was entering, they (the SA) would need a final “official” transcript showing final grades, courses, and proof of graduation. As most students have not yet graduated or finished that 8th semester, I would assume the request was for that 7th semester transcript. My DS also has USMMA appointment (not yet accepted) and I was told final transcript would be one of the items required if he decided to accept.

It was the 7th semester. She was accepted prior to them even being available, so them asking is just fine. Sent directly by school.
