Hey yall, I had some questions about what it's like to transfer, and I'm seeking the retrospective thoughts of those who did.
This is mostly aimed at those who transferred from USAFA or another academy, thank you.
a. Do you think it was worth it in the long run, financially, for your mental health, etc?
b. Were other schools understanding of your unusual circumstances at the Academy and how that affected your application?
c. Did you transfer to a ROTC unit? How was that for you?
d. If you dont mind sharing, what schools did you apply to transfer to, which did you attend, and why?
e. If you applied to "top" schools (Ivy League, Stanford, Duke, etc.) did you feel underrepresented on your resume?
