Triple Qualified?

I have seen and heard many people talking about being triple qualified. I finished my application in September with what I suspect is above average CFA and academic scores. I am also medically qualified, have two nominations, and attended a CVW.

Should I be concerned that I haven't been told that I am triple qualified by the admissions board. Or are candidates not usually notified of 3Q status?

Thanks in advance!

:confused:You may or may not be 3Qed. Scholastic qualification includes academic performance, ECs, test scores. All enter into the scoring for this leg of the 3-legged stool.

But more to your question, it's only mid-December in a process that can and for many, often does go well into spring. If you've done all you can do, then that's all you can do.

As for USNA informing you about being 3Qed ... this is one of those weird anomalies of which none seem to have a clear answer. Some, many receive official notice of such. Still some, many who are in fact 3Qed never receive that official letter.

While not receiving confirmation fuels fretting and nail-biting, understandably, I'd not be overly concerned at this point. What you do know thus far, you're still in the hunt for that offer of appointment. It is VERY early in the process. Now's the time to stay focused in school, saving your nails, and working to enjoy this Holy Season. Merry Christmas!:thumb:
