Triple Qualifying for second time candidates

For college applicants, does admissions wait until your 1st semester transcript is submitted in December before you are triple qualified? DS was 3'qd last year with test scores and HS transcript but I don't know the timing for college applicants.

Yes, they won't send the file for qualification until that 1st semester transcript arrives. You'd be surprised what can happen freshman year.

Does that hinder them from sending LOE'S and LOA'S as well?
