Trouble with CIS

Im an appointee to the class of 2013 and am having trouble logging on to the candidate information system. Im told that there are copies of the forms in our PTR packets and a survey that needs to be completed but my old user name and password are not working anymore. Was there a change or update to the site since the packets went out? Am i missing something? Ive been over my stacks of letters and forms and what not multiple times but havent found anything. Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated.

My son had the same problem. He called and was told they had changed the password. Just give them a quick call

Ya I was emailed the new password a couple of weeks ago if they didn't send you an email i would just call admissions.
