I haven’t given up. I knew your portal updated if you had received an appoint and you received an email about your portal updating before the BFE came. I am currently not at home and have been gone for a week so I’m just clarifying that your portal will update and you will receive and email about that if you are declined an appointment.

I am far from giving up hope. I’m just trying to make sense of this process. I haven’t had much help when it comes to clarifying the process.
