Two-Portal Log-In Routine for Class of 2025

All, would someone kindly unearth one of the detailed posts that provides the links and exactly describes the log-in sequence to see/check certain things in the dual portal lash-up?

The info has been posted several times in various threads, but I cannot seem to find it in the logical places. We have the usual rush of new posters who are either unaware of the two-portal routine, can’t find the link or are pm’ing me.

I ASSUME this two-portal routine is some kind of linked bridge between old and new Admissions candidate systems, which will sunset the old system as 2026 rolls into high gear.

Step 1: Login here https://usnacandidate.force.com/OnlineApp/TX_SiteLogin?startURL=
Step 2: Open a new tab in your browser while logged in to url in step 1
Step 3: Copy the link from step 1 on new tab from step 2
Step 4: Back-up to https://usnacandidate.force.com/OnlineApp ( delete /OnlineApp/TX_SiteLogin?startURL=) and press enter on new tab from step 2
Step 5: You are now logged into the 2nd portal

For those who want an iPhone shortcut to quickly open the portal without worrying about typing in any url-
What I did was first go to this link
Tap here on phone

Click the square with the arrow pointing up at the bottom of your safari browser, then scroll down and tap “add to Home Screen”

Next, go to your Home Screen, tap the application that you’ve added called Applicant Dashboard, it should open to the portal that doesn’t show appointments.

Finally, go back to your Home Screen and click on the Applicant Dashboard application again and it should log you into the portal that shows appointments.

What I do is:
1. Go to this url: https://usnacandidate.force.com/cis/s
2. Login as normal to get to the old portal
3. Go to this link: https://usnacandidate.force.com/OnlineApp/TargetX_Portal__PB#/

This should get you into the new portal but I am sure others have other methods of getting similar results.

This is the easiest method for me. Both portals have to be opened in this order.
