Unable to Change PFT on Application

Good afternoon everyone (or morning depending on time zone),

I was wondering if any other applicants for the AROTC scholarship can change their documents or delete them. I am able to add files but cannot delete the old PFT test score to replace it with the new one. If you could help I would really appreciate that, thank you.

@emmarose - I think there is a fax number and an email to CC on the pft form that you fill out and have signed by the proctor. I would try that. You can also try reducing the size/quality of the image/pdf for upload. It may take a few days for the new file to get uploaded to your application.

Remember - your application has already been boarded and reviewed and will not be looked at again. PFT and SAT/ACT are about the only thing you can update at this point. Good luck and glad to see that you are working on improving your application.

ROTC Physical Assessment Scholarship Applicants are required to complete the Physical Fitness Assessment as part of the High School Application Process. The assessment consists of three events: Curl-ups, Push Ups, and 1 Mile Run. Upon completion this form needs to be sent to US Army Cadet Command G2 Incentive Division. FAX: 502-624-1120 or via email to usarmy.knox.usacc.mbx.train2lead@mail.mil

I wouldn't think that you can change or delete documents after you have been boarded. I would just upload the scores again without deleting the old PFA score. The same way you would upload additional SAT scores.
 
I'll be uploading new fitness assessment scores at the end of this week as well. I was under the presumption that I should just upload the new one even with the old one still there since they would just update your score.

Oh that makes a lot of more sense. Only thing is that my PFT moderator emailed me the fax of the test and I uploaded it myself. I will contact the Cadet Command. Thank you!

For the AROTC 3rd Board, mail it (postage) to Cadet Command. It can also be emailed. Hope this helps.
