Unable to login to dodmets?

Hello,
my portal was changed to "scheduler forwarded to DODMERB a while back, but I have been unable to login to dodmets at all. I was wondering if that was because DODMERB has been down or something similar or because of my information specifically. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
My DD hasn’t been able to log on to do the change your password thing. Called on Friday and they said they’re having problems.
 
I am not sure but it looks like they are having the problem again this morning. It works fine yesterday.
