Hello! Just found this website; it seems fantastic!

I am a G2G applicant, awaiting medical waiver review. I have reviewed the applicant reference data from the DoDMERB website, and I have had a hell of a time getting information back from my processor. I am hoping that Mr. Mullens could help me out. I was hit with code of R230.00 in February, but I had already sent in the requested records to DoDMERB. A few days ago I had another letter with the same code, R230.00, and I cannot get clarification of what else DoDMERB needs? I saw a provider for BH in 2015, went for 2 months/was prescribed no medicine, and I never went back. What further records can I provide? Can I schedule an assessment with my current BH providers at my duty station to reassess my file and confirm that I haven't been treated for anything in 5 years?

I'm grasping for strings here, as this medical portion is the last thing I need before I finish Phase 2 and get orders.

Thank you very much!

Look for the FAST Sticky at the top of this forum, by Mr. Mullen, Deputy Director DoDMERB. No need to grasp at straws, follow his directions on how to contact him by email, what to put in the subject line and what info in the body of the message.

If you can’t find his Sticky, skim through his posts where he provides the how-to and what-with on emailing him.

Thanks! I found the sticky and saw the email was DODMERB_SAFORUMS@yahoo.com. I wasn't 100% sure if I had to post here first before I initiated email communication with him, or if there was another email to use. I will skim through his posts, he seems to be quite adept at cutting the chaff and getting to the heart of the issue.

This was a recent post of his - everything you need to contact Mr. Mullen.
He works long hours in the evening and early morning to support posters, and is very responsive.

I wish I had found this website months ago! Thank you for the assistance as well!!
