Under Waiver Review-Medical Records

Good morning-I was disqualified for AROTC yesterday for GERD with complications and a shoulder injury with current PT, no surgery. I know the waiver process will start automatically, but should I go ahead and submit any medical records that I have pertaining to both disqualifications or should I wait until it is requested? Thank you for your help.
