Hi everyone, I am "under waiver review" for dyscalculia and dysgraphia I have never taken any medicine related to it or been prescribed one. The last time I used an IEP was before my last year of High School, I was able to get almost straight A’s whiteout accommodations and I’m attending college whiteout any accommodation, I also worked and I was rated very highly by my employer. I also managed to get a recommendation letter from one of my college professors and another letter from my High School stating that these are not impairing problems and that I thrive academically. Finally, even the Military doctor that visited me for DoDMERB concluded that these are not impairing problems. My questions are: Why despite all this evidence the DoDMERB commission DQ me and put me under waiver review? How many chances do I have to get a waiver considering that I was automatically put under waiver review and my Application is almost complete with 2 nominations?
