I have received a conditional appointment to USAFA, but my DoDMERB examination got rejected for the following reasons:
History of airway hyper responsiveness including asthma, reactive airway disease, exercise-induced bronchospasm or asthmatic bronchitis, after the 13th birthday
Current orthodontic appliances or active orthodontic care beyond the date of projected accession
History of acute allergic reaction to fish, crustaceans, shellfish, peanuts, or tree nuts
My asthma is basically gone, my orthodontic treatment can be expedited, and my peanut allergy is extremely mild. Is there anything I can do to raise the chances of these conditions getting waived?
