Uniform Sizes

Hi.

I would like to know if anyone had advice for the T shirt sizes and short sizes, as well as sweatshirt/jacket sizes and sweatpants/
windbreaker pants sizes. I know there was an old thread from 2015 that said the sizes ran large for shirts and small for bottoms. Has that changed since? Has anyone received a larger or smaller item based on the size they have inputted? It would really be helpful to know! Thank you.

I don’t think it’s that deep. It something doesn’t fit 100% that’s okay. It will be fixed if it’s a major problem. Just pick what you normally wear

The PT shirts do run large and don't shrink so if you are on the bubble between say XL and L then go L.
