I applied last year and am currently trying to go through this next admissions cycle. I recieved a letter in the mail and got a new password for the online packet. However, nothing online has been updated. I contacted my BGO and have waited for about two weeks now and nothing has happened. Any advice?

I had that same problem in that my high school was still showing even though I'm a college applicant. Or are you talking about the fact that your old data hasn't be erased yet?

I mean that everything is still there as though my file is already completed.
